Leading The Future Of Space
Since the beginning of the drive to space, we have provided end-to-end, holistic support to the critical aspects of space and geospatial operations. In looking to the future, we’re helping our customers unlock the full potential of space by combining our history in launch logistics, satellite operations, assured position, navigation, and timing (PNT), domain awareness, and geospatial intelligence with our industry-leading satellite integration capabilities.
We are connecting space with cloud enabled all-domain solutions that accelerate the warfighter’s decision chain.
For the past 30 years, we’ve been tracking and analyzing the evolving space environment, from low to high Earth orbit. Our history and proven track record of rapid approval, deployment, and support for national and coalition capabilities are foundational.
Today, we are the prime contractor responsible for the DoD’s small satellite integration efforts through our Launch Manifest Systems Integration program with the U.S. Air Force, successfully completing our first launch integration in August 2019 on the ULA Atlas V. The integration – from concept to delivery – took a record five months compared to the years it normally takes for other space operations.
We are a proven provider in small satellite development, with more than a decade of experience advancing missions in the Intelligence Community. Our team is actively producing small satellite sensor payloads, defining superior engineering skills with miniaturization and digital circuit printing techniques.
For the past three decades, we have been leading the Space Domain Awareness mission for the U.S. Government and allied partners. Our subject matter experts can develop and field customized tools using highly detailed analysis, decision support systems, machine learning algorithms, and visualization capabilities for the space mission supporting multiple applications. Our software engineers and developers stand ready to support future Space Domain Awareness and threat protection missions against a wide variety of operational challenges to the space ecosystem. These include: Direct Ascent Anti-Satellite (ASAT), Co-Orbital ASAT, Directed Energy weapons, Missile Warning threat applications, Satellite Breakup notification and alerting, Space Object Characterization, Space Order of Battle, Pin-Point Orbit Determination, Satellite Propagation and Conjunction, Course of Action Planning/Assessment, and Space domain visualization to name a few.
We are leading the architecture protection for the development arm of the U.S. Space Force. Our expertise with network security, architecture resiliency and continuous Authority to Operate practices are key to the success of SMCs network infrastructure protection strategies. We have been driving a combined 70 years of experience across our staff with cloud engineering, cloud architecture, and refactoring legacy systems to operate efficiently in the cloud. We achieve significant cost savings of up to 87 percent over running applications on dedicated bare metal.
Through our artificial intelligence and machine learning technology, we’ve aggregated and collected geospatial intelligence, made it actionable and put it into the hands of the operators/analysts so they can make timely decisions. Our advanced ISR hardware solutions include the PeARL family of sensors, combining industry-leading camera and optic lens technologies with PeARL Flash software solutions, yielding precise, very high resolution 2D and 3D aerial imagery.

We provide end-to-end customized mission solutions to meet customer needs in the rapidly evolving space domain. With decades of experience supporting over 170 space missions, our capabilities enable operations for 50 percent of U.S. DoD satellites and 75 percent of NASA and NOAA satellites. Our expertise in satellite command and control, satellite ground systems, and satellite operations leverages the full operational potential of warfighting in the space domain. Our solutions support mission success by including all components necessary for complete satellite ground implementations: from prototypes to global constellations.
Through the Parsons Ground Operations Center as a Service (GOCaaS), we perform unclassified satellite contacts using the OrbitXchange network. GOCaaS is a 24/7 operations center with experienced spacecraft operators, power back-up and redundant hardware, including “next pass” anomaly contact scheduling capability and automated contacts with built-in cybersecurity, reducing cost of satellite ground operations for our customers. GOCaaS ensures delivery of TT&C and mission data to a single data lake or customer operations center and real-time space situational awareness for each constellation.
We are accelerating every day to provide seamless solutioning support for the warfighter in the dynamic air, space, cyber, and other emerging domains. By empowering our U.S. government partners to safeguard global stability, we’re not just working to deliver a better world—we’re striving toward a safer universe.
