QRC Technologies

We’ve been serving as a systems integrator since our inception and in the last decade have rapidly expanded with an extensive portfolio of radio frequency (RF) testing and measurement products. We have over 100 employees in multiple locations, including Gaithersburg, Maryland, and our headquarters, located in Fredericksburg, Virginia. QRC Technologies was founded in 1987 and joined the Parsons family in 2019. Since its inception, QRC has been serving as a trusted solutions provider.

We design and develop a host of open architecture RF products and provide comprehensive integrated solutions, primarily for government, military, and law enforcement. Our employees are subject matter experts in the areas of SIGINT, EW, cellular survey, and RF situational awareness and exploitation. There are currently openings for engineers and new graduates with any of the following qualifications: C/C++, UNIX, Windows XP, embedded systems, real-time command and control, networking, and interprocessor communications with degrees in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mathematics. Positions are located in the Washington, DC area. Engineers can expect to work on:

  • Real-time embedded processors used to control ground station remote equipment (antenna controllers, RF calibration and setup, etc.)
  • Offline data reduction and analysis using a graphical user interface to produce displays and reports from archived telemetry data
  • Telemetry decommutation and processing
  • Command uplink formatting and execution
  • Real-time recording of all satellite and ground system status
  • Orbitology, stationkeeping and maneuver planning software
  • Other mission specific software required for various satellite health and maintenance functions.
