Taylor Joins Parsons as Chief Transformation and Operations Officer

Using his experience at publicly traded companies where he drove increased revenues through innovation, Taylor will help continue Parsons’ move to a data-driven, cognitive solutions leader

Parsons announces that Adam W. Taylor has joined the corporation as Chief Transformation and Operations Officer. This newly created position encompasses the Corporate Operations duties managed by Mike Loose, who is retiring, and supports advancing a pipeline of technology implementation and acquisition to maximize growth, margins, and working capital.

In his new role, Mr. Taylor will contribute to Parsons’ vision, leadership, and strategic direction, enabling the transformation of the corporation to a data-driven, cognitive solutions leader, appending our innovative technology processes. In addition, he will be responsible for the continued evolution of Parsons’ operating model to align with fundamental market shifts and to drive an enhanced operations model, incorporating greater speed, agility, and collaboration throughout the enterprise.

Prior to joining Parsons, Mr. Taylor served as Chief Strategy Officer at Veritiv Corporation (NYSE: VRTV), where he was charged with transformation/strategy, M&A, innovation, data science/predictive analytics, and competitive intelligence. Before that, he served as Vice President, Strategy, Corporate Development, and Innovation at Office Depot, Inc., where he led the company’s transformation strategy, which influenced the company’s financial performance. He previously served in strategy and business development roles with AT&T, identifying growth opportunities that helped drive revenue growth for the company.

Mr. Taylor holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Tulane University, a master’s degree in business administration from Suffolk University, and a juris doctorate degree from Suffolk University Law School. He will be based in Parsons’ Charlotte, NC, office.
