Parsons has been awarded a new task order to carry out remedial investigations and feasibility studies at the US Army National Guard’s (ARNG) multiple facilities.
Awarded by the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Baltimore District, the firm-fixed price task order has an estimated value of $28m.
It has been awarded as part of the Emerging Environmental Requirements Acquisition (EERA) contract of the US Army Engineering and Support Center, Huntsville.
In addition, Parsons will work to recognise, assess, and provide potential alternatives to reverse the impact of PFAS.
The contract also includes an additional option to include five more ARNG installations.
