Parsons congratulates Carey Smith on her appointment to President and Chief Executive Officer. As part of her first day, Carey released the letter below to our global workforce:

Earlier today, I assumed the position of president and chief executive officer, and with it the incredible responsibility to continue to deliver for our employees, customers, and investors. I’m honored by the opportunity to be our company’s seventh CEO, and grateful for the trust and confidence of our board and all of you. Today marks what will become a milestone in our bright future together as we continue our journey to transform Parsons into an industry leader in the defense, intelligence, and infrastructure markets.
I’ve had the privilege to be part of the team since 2016, including serving as your president and chief operating officer, where I’ve had the chance to work closely with you to deliver our customers’ critical missions. It’s your efforts, however—your dedication, talent, and innovation—that have taken us to where we are today and where we’re going.
