Use the NASA SEWP online quoting tools or contact the Parsons sales representative above. Provide the agency, requirement, quantities, delivery location, schedule, support needs, and RFQ/RFI number.
Fair Opportunity and Requests for Quotes
Customers will provide fair opportunity at the individual order level as appropriate under FAR 16.505(b), including use of the SEWP RFQ tools. The ordering office maintains its order-selection documentation.
- Parsons will market and quote only solutions available on its SEWP VI contract and in the SEWP database of record.
- For an RFI used as market research, not-yet-listed items may be identified only when clearly marked and accompanied by the required technology-refreshment request.
- For an RFQ or Market Research Request, Parsons will quote only on-contract items at prices no greater than the SEWP database-of-record price when the quote is issued.
- If Parsons cannot respond fully with on-contract items, Parsons will submit a No Bid unless partial quotes are expressly permitted.
- Each quote will state its validity period and will be honored for orders submitted during that period.
- Responses through the SEWP online quoting system will follow the Contract Holder User Manual.
- Government information on the Contract Holder Only Page will be used solely for SEWP proposal activity.
Before publication, Contracts must verify this language against Parsons executed contract, Section A.1.13.
Ordering Process
- Define the requirement and conduct market research.
- Provide fair opportunity using the SEWP quoting tools.
- Evaluate quotes and document the order decision.
- Issue the order citing the Parsons contract and quote.
- Parsons confirms, fulfills, and supports the order.

Customer Support
Installation: Available when included in the quote and order; Parsons will coordinate site readiness, access, schedule, and acceptance.
Basic Warranty: Manufacturer or publisher standard warranty applies as stated in the quote and order.
Extended Warranty: Available when quoted, ordered, and within contract scope.
Technical Support: Provided by Parsons, an authorized provider, or the OEM/publisher as identified in the quote.
Software Support: Licensing, activation, updates, subscriptions, and maintenance follow the ordered terms.
Post-Delivery Issues: Contact Order Support for shortages, damage, incorrect items, missing licenses, returns, or invoicing issues.
Troubleshoot a Problem Order
Contact Parsons Order Support and provide:
- Agency and customer contact information
- SEWP order, purchase order, and Parsons quote numbers
- Affected line item, part/serial number, and quantity
- Issue description, delivery date, and requested resolution
Do not send classified information, passwords, private keys, or controlled data through an unapproved channel.
