Program And Project Management
We have extensive program and project management experience with contracts and subcontracts supporting DoD and other federal agency requirements. Our project managers are certified and/or degreed to accommodate high-value commercial or government programs and to address technical and multifaceted contract complexities. We use Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) practices to accomplish projects within budget and on schedule. We work diligently with customers and stakeholders to define specifications, scope, and schedule to complete projects as contracted and work proactively to identify and mitigate project risk.
Survey And Design
Our engineers, security specialists and computer aided design and drafting (CADD) technicians conduct site surveys and develop security system upgrade design packages to meet customer requirements. We develop electrical, mechanical, and structural designs and provide detailed and accurate as-built records after installation. We collaborate with customers during design reviews to ensure the final product meets expectations.
We leverage our dedicated logistics staff, qualified suppliers and vendors, and preferred pricing to support our customers’ procurement needs. Our rigorous corporate purchasing policies are designed to provide:

  • Quality products and services acquired at fair and reasonable prices
  • Capable and qualified subcontractor and vendor selection
  • Effective competitive sourcing
  • FAR-compliant supply chain management
  • Approved products list parts selection
  • Electronic part detection and avoidance system
We define material requirements based on the statement of work and customer requirements. Our purchasing functions include make or buy decisions, analyses of quoted prices, and negotiation of prices with vendors and subcontractors who meet quality requirements.
Supply Chain Risk Management
Our supply chain risk management process procures only approved equipment, including spare and replacement parts, through original equipment manufacturers or authorized distributors to meet contract requirements. Our guidelines ensure equipment and materials are successfully and cost-effectively transferred to the final customer.
Installation And Integration
Our tiered technician levels, expert internal and manufacturer support, and focus on quality installations and integration allow security installation teams the ability to quickly solve complex problems on-site. Our certified security installation teams deliver standardized configuration by pre-staging equipment in a factory-controlled environment to verify programming and settings before deployment.
Our team of dedicated personnel has completed internal and vendor certification training. Best practices for installation are identified and implemented across all teams. We use APL devices installed in our Configuration and Training Lab to further skills and systems knowledge.
Test And Evaluation
We design, test, and evaluate electronic security systems (ESS) in accordance with approved standards and on-site customer specifications. Our personnel excel in current systems validation and in the test and evaluation of newly installed systems to provide the best possible solution to meet customer requirements.
Maintenance And Service
Our team has extensive technical maintenance and service expertise with DoD and other federal agency contracts, accomplishing projects with minimal system downtime and consistently receiving excellent customer satisfaction ratings. We closely interface with system manufacturers and vendors to cultivate the highest level of site maintenance and engineering support staff knowledge — updating products with the latest technical or software changes. Our security installation teams stay informed of system innovations and execute maintenance activities to maximize system uptime..
