We’re partnering with Al Basateen, a Saudi Arabian real estate company specializing in residential and commercial projects, to provide project management, supervision and technical review services for the King’s Square Project in Riyadh. This 32 month contract represents new work for us.
Under the contract, we will oversee planning, design and construction supervision, technical assurance, and delivery oversight across Phases 1, 2, and 3 of the development, supporting the client’s long-term vision for delivering modern, sustainable real estate assets and community infrastructure. Located in the King Fahad and King Salman intersection, the project is comprised of 16 buildings including towers, podiums and courtyards, and will combine residential, office and commercial spaces with a total built up area of 261,000 square meters.
