From strategy to creative, Bryce McDevitt’s team does everything in house. But his focus over the past year has been to further align Parsons’ communications and marketing function to its business pipeline across national security and critical infrastructure ⏤ and to position the company as a “destination employer” that attracts and retains top talent.

“That close partnership between communications, HR, and our business function has accelerated our growth and success,” McDevitt said. “I really take pride in the team’s innovative, strategic spirit that enables us to live outside the box. It’s especially cool when you see others in the industry begin copying your activities.”

McDevitt’s team is now worldwide, including in Dubai, and is focusing on showcasing Parsons’ major projects, like NEOM’s The Line in the Middle East. The team saw a huge rise in media attention, social media followers and website visitors from 2022 to 2023. Also, Parsons is set to double their customer leads in 2023 compared to the previous year.

Why Watch
