Parsons is pleased to announce that David Spille has joined the corporation as Vice President, Investor Relations.
With more than 20 years of investor relations experience, including 8 years in the federal IT services market and 2 years as an analyst at the Nasdaq stock market, Mr. Spille’s expertise includes communications, mergers and acquisitions, and capital-raising transactions. He joins the company from Engility Corporation, a $2 billion professional services company, where he held the same title.

Mr. Spille holds a B.A. in management from Radford University and an M.B.A. with a finance concentration from George Washington University. He is based in Parsons’ Centreville, VA, office.
