Parsons is pleased to announce that Theo Gargagliano, Vice President, has been promoted to lead business development for the company’s global aviation business. As an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the development, design, and delivery of complex, large-scale aviation programs, Mr. Gargagliano previously focused on business development in the United States.
“Theo’s strategic leadership of aviation pursuits integrates our technology-driven solutions to improve security, airside and landside operations, and resiliency,” stated Thomas Topolski, Executive Vice President, Critical Infrastructure. “This builds on our strong planning, design, PM/CM, and construction legacy, and together enhances the passenger experience.”
Parsons’ industry-leading aviation experience encompasses more than 450 airport projects across more than 40 countries, delivering sustainable, world-class airport infrastructure through cost-effective, value-added consultancy services and at-risk construction.
Mr. Gargagliano holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems and a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from The University of South Florida. He also earned a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Troy State University.
