Her portfolio includes multimillion-dollar federal projects for the Federal Aviation Administration, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and Intelligence Community customers. Ms. Shinn was recognized by Engineering News-Record Mid-Atlantic in 2013 as one of its Top 20 Under 40, which celebrates the excellence of young design and construction professionals in the Mid-Atlantic region.
Ms. Shinn has been a member of CMAA since 2003 and has been active at the national level since 2009. She was elected to the CMAA Board of Directors in 2015.
