Thomas “Tom” Topolski, former Executive Vice President of Turner & Townsend, North America, this week joined Parsons’Infrastructure business unit as Senior Vice President, Business Development Director for the Transport division. In this role, he will lead strategic growth plans and oversee sales and performance efforts related to transport, focusing especially on transformative and disruptive transportation trends. Topolski previously worked for Parsons from 1998 until 2008, managing capital programs.
