The U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Office of Small Business Programs has named Parsons’ mentor-protégé relationship with Mobius Consulting as one of eight winners of the 2017 Nunn-Perry Award.
The prestigious award, named in honor of former Senator Sam Nunn and former Secretary of Defense William Perry, recognizes outstanding mentor-protégé teams formed under the auspices of the DoD Mentor-Protégé program. This highly coveted award is presented each year to select DoD mentor-protégé teams, from across the entire department, that have demonstrated exceptional progress in improving the technical capabilities, cost effectiveness, and business opportunities for small businesses to expand their footprint in the defense industrial base.
Through Parsons’ mentor-protégé relationship with Mobius Consulting, the small business has grown its ability to compete for significant work in both government and commercial markets.
