We’ve been working in the Middle East Africa (MEA) region for more than 60 years, and we’re pleased to have been recognized for our commitment to innovation by being named runner up for Consultant of the Year at the annual Construction Innovation Awards ME. Our portfolio of ongoing work in the region includes buildings, residential communities, mixed-use developments, airports, highways, bridges, rail and transit, ports, water infrastructure, and oil and gas projects.
We’re also excited to announce that John Rinard, Parsons’ project director for the Riyadh Metro—the largest design-build metro program initiated at one time—was named Project Manager of the Year. Through his leadership, John has elevated the world-class project’s safety culture, reduced employee turnover, and established a training program to ensure that international engineering standards are consistently applied to this Saudi project. He has more than 30 years of experience in large civil programs specializing in metro rail and transit delivery, including serving as the program director, owner, operator, and contractor.
