Parsons Appoints Clark as Business Development Director for MEA Infrastructure and Transport

 

PASADENA, CA (September 25, 2017) – Parsons is pleased to announce the appointment of Max Clark, Ph.D., as Business Development Director. In this role, he will be responsible for growing Parsons’ infrastructure and transport portfolio in the Middle East Africa (MEA) region.

“Max’s skills are a unique combination of technical and business development,” said Gary Adams, Parsons Group President. “We are confident he will contribute to the company’s ongoing growth in MEA.”

Dr. Clark is a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers with almost 20 years of experience in the civil engineering industry, 9 of which are in the Middle East, including the United Arab Emirates. He has also worked in the United Kingdom and the United States. Prior to joining Parsons, Dr. Clark worked as Regional Project Delivery Lead for another international firm. He holds a Ph.D. in civil engineering from the University of Edinburgh, UK, and is based in Dubai.
