Parsons Appoints Clark as Business Development Director for MEA Infrastructure and Transport

PASADENA, CA (September 25, 2017) – Parsons is pleased to announce the appointment of Max Clark, Ph.D., as Business Development Director. In this role, he will be responsible for growing Parsons’ infrastructure and transport portfolio in the Middle East Africa (MEA) region.

Dr. Clark is a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers with almost 20 years of experience in the civil engineering industry, 9 of which are in the Middle East, including the United Arab Emirates. He has also worked in the United Kingdom and the United States. Prior to joining Parsons, Dr. Clark worked as Regional Project Delivery Lead for another international firm. He holds a Ph.D. in civil engineering from the University of Edinburgh, UK, and is based in Dubai.

Parsons has been working in the MEA region for more than 60 years and has offices in all GCC-member countries. Our portfolio of ongoing work in the region includes buildings, residential communities, mixed-use developments, airports, highways, bridges, rail and transit, ports, water infrastructure, and oil and gas projects.
