Parsons Appoints Di Rosa as Rail and Transit Sector Manager for Middle East Africa

PASADENA, CA (August 7, 2017) – Parsons is pleased to announce the appointment of Antony (Tony) J. Di Rosa as Rail and Transit Systems Sector Manager for Middle East Africa (MEA). In this role, Mr. Di Rosa will lead the development of the sector’s business and operations in the MEA region.

“Tony’s experience on complex projects and systems enables him to efficiently manage both critical in-house and third-party requirements,” said Gary Adams, Parsons Group President. “His skills will be a very good addition to our team, and we look forward to having him on board.”

Mr. Di Rosa brings 30 years of experience in civil engineering, with a wide range of responsibilities leading market development, project management, and commercial management on major Danish, Italian, Swiss, UK, and other international multidisciplinary turnkey construction projects. Prior to joining Parsons, he was the head of rail for the Middle East for another international consultant.

Mr. Di Rosa has a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Hertfordshire University in the United Kingdom. He is a member of the British Tunneling Society and a graduate member of the Institution of Civil Engineers UK.
