Parsons Welcomes Krull as VP and Rail, Transit & Industrial Systems Sector Manager

PASADENA, CA (July 10, 2017) – Parsons is pleased to announce that William Krull has joined the corporation as Vice President of Rail, Transit & Industrial Systems. In this role, Mr. Krull will oversee operation plans and programs within the Systems Division to ensure operational excellence and high-quality project delivery to Parsons’ customers.

“William’s worldwide expertise in advanced rail and transit systems will help us deliver the latest in technology and implementation best practices to our customers,” said Mike Johnson, Parsons Group President.

With 30 years of engineering and leadership experience, Mr. Krull has managed large portfolios of programs around the world worth nearly $4 billion. His systems expertise includes positive train control, communication-based train control, European Railway Traffic Management Systems, and various signaling systems, as well as new product development, safety assurance, and field support.

Mr. Krull holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Texas Technical University and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. He is based in Parsons’ Atlanta, GA, office.
