Ortega Joins Parsons as VP and Senior Bid Director

PASADENA, CA (July 31, 2017) – Parsons is pleased to announce that Liliana Ortega has joined the corporation as Vice President and Senior Bid Director for Parsons Enterprises, the corporation’s entity focused on the development, delivery, financing, and management of essential public infrastructure assets under long-term public-private partnerships (P3s). In this role, Ms. Ortega will be responsible for identifying investment opportunities, formulating strategy for each pursuit, team building, and managing procurement and bids.

Ms. Ortega brings to Parsons more than 12 years of experience in the development, delivery, construction, and management of infrastructure projects with a focus on P3s. Prior to joining Parsons, she worked for a global infrastructure investor operating in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. She has also worked in Ireland, Spain, and Mexico.

Ms. Ortega received an undergraduate degree in architecture from Universidad del Valle de Mexico and a master’s degree in management and financing of projects and concessions from San Pablo CEU in Spain. She is based in Parsons’ Chicago, IL, office.
