PASADENA, CA (May 25, 2017) – Parsons is pleased to announce that the U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE’s) National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) has awarded it the Enterprise Construction Management Services (ECMS) contract, effective August 1, 2017. Under this contract and on a task order basis, Parsons will provide program and construction management support across the NNSA enterprise as it improves capital project execution. Parsons’ support will consist of life-cycle project services from planning, budgeting, procurement, design, and construction, through commissioning and closeout. The ECMS contract supports the NNSA Office of Acquisition and Project Management (NA-APM), which is responsible for executing a construction program worth more than $20 billion over the next 10 years.

Parsons holds the current ECMS contract—expiring in July 2017—and has provided NNSA and NA APM with the staff, technical resources, and capability to transform it into a best-in-class acquisition and project management organization.
