McMorrow Appointed as President of Parsons Enterprises

PASADENA, CA (May 17, 2017) – Parsons announces the appointment of Ruth McMorrow as President of Parsons Enterprises, the corporation’s entity focused on the development of concession-based businesses built on Parsons’ strong credentials in infrastructure capital-asset delivery. In addition to continuing her responsibility for Parsons’ public-private partnerships and project financing, Ms. McMorrow will be responsible for Parsons’ mergers and acquisitions. She will report to Virginia Grebbien, Corporate Executive Vice President and Chief of Staff.

Ms. McMorrow has more than 35 years of investment banking and capital financing experience. Prior to joining Parsons in 2011 as Executive Vice President of Parsons Enterprises, she was the Managing Director for Scotia Capital, Global Infrastructure Finance International, where she spearheaded the bank’s global infrastructure expansion into the United States, Europe, and Asia Pacific (Australia).

“Ruth’s deep understanding of our business, her wealth of knowledge, and her vast experience in the North American state, provincial, and municipal financial arena will continue to advance our strategic objectives,” said Grebbien. “We are delighted to have her step into this key leadership role on the Parsons team.”

In addition to her experience as Managing Director for Scotia Capital, Global Infrastructure Finance International, Ms. McMorrow has held numerous positions in the investment banking, securities, and capital funding arenas. She has led financial advisory services, debt arrangement, and equity sourcing/sales initiatives, as well as performed credit assessments of U.S. municipal governments. She has extensive expertise in structuring, negotiating, and executing municipal debt transactions. She served as the Commissioner of Finance for the County of Orange, NY, and as the Managing Director of Environmental LLC where she served as a consultant to municipal governments and public authorities throughout New York State on a wide variety of financial and operational issues.

Ms. McMorrow received an undergraduate degree in political science from Montclair State College and a master’s degree in public administration with a concentration in state and local finance from Syracuse University’s Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs. She is based in New York, NY.
