Parsons Welcomes Van Wickle as Executive Vice President of Logistics and Training Division
PASADENA, CA (April 10, 2017) – Parsons announced that Wendy Van Wickle has joined the corporation as Executive Vice President for the Logistics and Training Division within the Federal business unit. In this role, she will be responsible for the division’s strategy, profit and loss, and operational performance.
“Wendy’s aerospace and defense industry experience spans integrated logistics support, training, IT solutions, and cyber sustainment,” said Carey Smith, Parsons Group President. “We’re pleased to welcome her to the Parsons team.”
Ms. Van Wickle comes to Parsons with more than 25 years of experience, most recently as Vice President of Ground Operations and Logistics Solutions for a defense company where she was responsible for more than $350 million in revenue and led more than 1,000 employees in the Middle East, Europe, and the United States. Her prior roles include Senior Program Manager at Aberdeen Proving Ground for a cybersecurity company and Aviation Mission Support and Senior Program Manager responsible for Joint Technical Services and Range Support for a global aerospace, defense, security, and advanced technologies company.
Ms. Van Wickle holds a master’s degree in systems engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, as well as bachelor’s degrees in electrical engineering and computer engineering from Rutgers University. She is based in Parsons’ Centreville, VA, office.
