PASADENA, CA (April 13, 2017) – Parsons announced that its Federal Group President, Carey Smith, will present the industry keynote address at the National Defense Industrial Association’s (NDIA’s) 33rd Annual National Logistics Forum on April 19, 2017, in Tampa, FL. Titled “Logistics—Military’s Backbone,” Ms. Smith’s keynote will explore the industry’s current state of logistics readiness.

NDIA’s National Logistics Forum brings together senior government and industry logistics policy officials and practitioners to address current challenges facing the delivery of logistics capabilities and services. This year’s forum will highlight the challenges, attempt to identify the opportunities, and assess future impacts on logistics support to Warfighters based on the known and anticipated fiscal constraints to be encountered in the coming years.
