Parsons Welcomes Miller as Director of Business Development for Security & Intelligence Division

PASADENA, CA (February 27, 2017) – Parsons announced that Robert J. Miller III has joined the corporation as Director of Business Development for its Federal business unit’s Security & Intelligence Division. Federal, a primary business unit of Parsons Corporation, delivers, protects, and sustains critical federal assets across the defense, security, intelligence, environmental, and infrastructure markets worldwide.

Mr. Miller has more than 16 years of experience with an emphasis in capture management, business development, signals intelligence, program management, advanced targeting, collection systems, and software development. Prior to joining Parsons, he served as a capture manager for a firm specializing in advanced engineering and technology solutions. Before that, he was a program manager at another engineering firm, where he led a team supporting the Special Operations Command by providing advanced, groundbreaking untethered signals intelligence training and force-modernization recommendations as well as advanced tactics, techniques, and procedures development to Special Operations Forces personnel.

Mr. Miller holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Maryland University College. He is a member of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association and is based in Parsons’ Columbia, MD, office.
