Parsons Parking Project in UAE Wins Gulf Traffic Award

PASADENA, CA (November 16, 2016) – Parsons is pleased to announce that its multistory car park in Sector E11 project in Abu Dhabi won the Best Parking Facility or Structure award as part of the Gulf Traffic Awards 2016. The project owner is Abu Dhabi Department of Municipal Affairs and Transport, and Parsons provided design and construction supervision services.

The International Parking & Mobility Institute recognized the project with two other awards earlier this year: Best Design of a Parking Facility with Fewer than 800 Spaces and New Sustainable Parking & Transportation Facilities Excellence.

“This parking structure features unique public and community facilities that combine engineering, innovation, aesthetics, and smart use of technology, and we are happy to see it receiving the recognition it deserves,” said Gary Adams, Parsons Group President.
