PASADENA, CA (March 9, 2016) – Parsons is pleased to announce that Suad Khawaja, Vice President and Business Development Manager, was recognized as a Women Achieve Ambassador at the 3rd Anniversary Women Achieve event, held on March 1, 2016, in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Established by the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) Abu Dhabi’s Women in Business Committee, the Women Achieve program promotes the professional advancement of women. The program encourages companies and organizations to give women more opportunities to advance their careers by offering them positions of greater responsibility and leadership—Parsons was one of the first five signatories.

Ms. Khawaja has 19 years of work experience, 8 of which have been with Parsons. She has worked as a structural manager, project manager, and technical manager. Ms. Khawaja has both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Jordan, Amman.
