Submit DFARS Cyber Incident
Parsons requires our subcontractors to comply with the DFARS 252.204-7012 Clause to “rapidly report cyber incidents directly to DoD at https://dibnet.dod.mil” within 72 hours of detecting an incident that is reportable under the mandatory reporting clause. On successful submission, the website will provide a report number for the incident collection form (ICF) submitted.
Provide the following details to your Parsons Subcontract Administrator or Program Manager contact in a secure manner as soon as practicable.

- Date & Time incident reported first to DIBNet-U
- Date & Time Incident discovered
- Type of Compromise
- Description of incident
- Impact to CDI or Program
