Network Management Solutions (NMS)

Elevating Cybersecurity In LMR Backhaul Monitoring

In today’s rapidly evolving digital landscape, cybersecurity is paramount. Our Network Management Solution (NMS) is at the forefront of protecting Land Mobile Radio (LMR) backhaul networks with its advanced cybersecurity features. Our solution not only addresses radio operators’ stability challenges, but also fortifies your network against potential threats.

"Most NMS systems are designed to be eye candy and are rarely used to solve issues. Our NMS is focused on keeping LMR networks functioning within the required performance envelope and solving real-world problems.”

– Dan Havens, VP of Technology

Key Benefits Of Our NMS

How Does Our NMS Resolve Backhaul Issues?

Our system acts as an adjunct to integrated monitoring systems, providing visibility into the backhaul network with synchronized, correlated views. It breaks down metrics by path and hop, delivering quick insights into radio transport events, degraded sitelinks, packet loss, or failure events. Anomalies in path performance errors, packet loss, and excessive jitter are shown, allowing for a hop-by-hop view to pinpoint and resolve issues.

Data Recording

Our system records data so network operators can look back in time and easily identify network failures and anomalies.

Vendor Agnostic

Our solution works across all major LMR vendors (Motorola, Harris, Tait) and backhaul vendors (Nokia, Cisco, Juniper).
