When offered employment in the United States, prospective Parsons employees will be asked to complete a drug screen and background check. The drug screen is a toxicological test that may include alcohol. The background check includes: employment and compensation verification, a criminal background check, and verification that educational degrees are conferred from accredited institutions and professional certifications are current.
