In 2019, LVVWD-SNWA began implementing a modern technology environment to manage more than 200 capital projects each year. At the center of this effort was a new Project Management Information System (PMIS) built on Trimble Unity Construct, which standardized project management practices and improved data consistency across the organization. Integrations with enterprise systems enabled real-time dashboards and reporting, providing leaders with the insights needed to make faster, more informed decisions while enhancing project performance and financial forecasting.
