Mr. Varshney’s use of a camera application on his personal cell phone at a classified worksite is a violation of government security regulations and Parsons’ policies. In addition to that incident, which led to his termination, Mr. Varshney had several other documented security violations between 2016 and 2022. His termination had nothing to do with his national origin, race, or age. Further, his unsubstantiated allegations of discrimination were not raised internally prior to his termination for said security violations and are without merit.
For nearly 80 years, Parsons has consistently been recognized as a leading employer who embodies diversity, equity, and inclusion across our 18,000 global employees. The company is also proud of a longstanding history of defending our national security and protecting our warfighters, which is core to our values and business.
