We CARE
Our workforce advances our Cultivating a Responsible Enterprise (CARE) strategy, which supports our industry-leading environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices. We’re focused on enhancing gender, ethnic, and racial diversity, meeting SBTi Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions reduction targets by 2030, and reaching 100% renewable electricity by 2028.
Employee Business Resource Groups (EBRGs)
Our Employee Business Resource Groups (EBRGs) have been established around common dimensions of diversity, equity and inclusion and provide both employees and allies with networking, mentoring, coaching, recruiting, personal and professional development, and community outreach opportunities.
