Creating Space For Everyone
Parsons welcomes and encourages authenticity, various perspectives, and diverse voices. We’re making room at the table until no table is needed — creating an environment where everyone is included and belongs.
Your Voice Matters
We’re powered by our people. Our intelligent, diverse professionals come from myriad backgrounds, but we all share a common quest. Parsons is committed to an inclusive culture that rewards excellence and supports the success of all our employees. We respect your unique voice and celebrate you for who you are. Here — you can thrive.
We CARE
Our workforce advances our Cultivating a Responsible Enterprise (CARE) strategy, which supports our industry-leading environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices. We’re focused on reducing absolute greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions 20 percent by 2025 and on enhancing gender, ethnic, and racial diversity.
Employee Business Resource Groups (EBRGs)
Our Employee Business Resource Groups (EBRGs) have been established around common dimensions of diversity, equity and inclusion and provide both employees and allies with networking, mentoring, coaching, recruiting, personal and professional development, and community outreach opportunities. EBRGs are voluntary, employee-led groups and all employees are welcome to join one or more EBRGs that resonates with them.
