Meet Our Nine New Fellows

Jennifer has a 20-year history of leading engineering enterprise software development for the Department of Defense and effectively manages teams delivering mission-critical services for our clients. Jennifer is a founding member of the TechStudySlack community, with over 30,000 members, and frequently engages with the community through alternative avenues to help promote the Parsons brand. Jennifer is proud of her use of gaming as a means for training and looks forward to encouraging Fellows participation with the newly formed Parsons Guild.

Max has more than 20 years of experience delivering civil engineering projects for roads, structures, rail, transit, marine, water, infrastructure, and aviation. He supports MEA in the areas of engineering digital transformation, smart city design, engineering design, and asset and city management. He is also a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Highways and Transportation and of the Institution of Civil Engineers. In the last two years, Max has guided about 40 innovation ideas, with some moving into project implementation.

Bruce is a geologist with expertise in green and sustainable environmental remediation. He was selected as a Parsons Fellow because of his outstanding record of collaborating with clients and other experts to take technologies such as enhanced bioremediation from the research arena to the field, his refining process and documenting of performance in papers and guidance, and his success in making these technologies the industry standard for treating contaminants in groundwater.  

Sangyoon is a geotechnical engineer specializing in tunnel design and a recognized expert in risk analysis/risk assessment for underground construction projects. He was selected as a Parsons Fellow because of his extensive technical and leadership contributions to Parsons and to geotechnical professional organizations. He also works diligently to promote the Parsons tunnel group among clients and to mentor young engineers.

Sylvain came to Parsons from the Delcan acquisition in 2014 and has been instrumental in building and expanding our Eastern Canada transportation, bridge, and tunnel business portfolio. He leads our Montreal practice, overseeing a multitude of high-level projects. He has authored about a dozen peer-reviewed publications and is the recipient of 32 nationally recognized awards for design and construction excellence. Sylvain chairs the Ottawa Chapter of the Association of Consulting and Engineering Companies (ACEC). 

Craig has 25 years of experience in geophysical mapping, remote detection, and the classification of munitions and explosives of concern. He has developed processes that enable our munitions decommissioning group to excel beyond the competition with technology differentiators. He has taken this technology and made it drone-enabled, further increasing the safety of our workers, and looks forward to cross-discipline coordination within the Fellows to export this and similar technologies to other groups within Parsons.

Stephen brings a wealth of experience as a recognized expert in technical areas, including model-based systems engineering, high-performance computing, software development/integration, augmented reality, satellite systems, small unmanned aerial systems, environmental phenomenology, and electro-optical and infrared signature. He actively supports diversity both within his portfolio and across business units. His rich history of mentorship, collaboration, and lessons learned will be of great benefit to the Fellows community.​

Cristina is a civil engineer specializing in all aspects of major bridge and transit structures in complex urban areas. She was selected as a Parsons Fellow for her extensive professional network in Spain, Mexico, and the United States, including her training and mentoring of more than 1,200 engineers. She has expertise in concrete technology and laboratory management as well as in alternative delivery projects. Cristina holds patents in the areas of concrete structures and the bonding properties of reinforcement and prestressing steel.

Konrad, an electrical engineer with extensive rail experience, has received international recognition from several engineering organizations. His impressive list of accomplishments includes publishing many technical papers in peer-reviewed journals; extensive research activities, recognition, and awards received from the industry suppliers; and business accomplishments. He is also a visiting professor and mentors a pool of talented young people with an eye toward recruitment during his consulting interaction and lectures.
