We have taken the following actions:
Our enterprise-wide Corporate Response Management Team (CRMT) is meeting daily to assess and monitor conditions. This team provides real-time direction to our employees and projects using current information from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), the U.S. Federal Office of Personnel Management and local and regional authorities around the globe.
- Robust business continuity plans are in place, and activated where needed, in partnership with our customers. Cross-functional capabilities exist across our leadership teams.
- Employees are working from home when possible and capabilities of long-term virtual arrangements have been developed. Non-essential travel is being postponed or canceled, including attendance at events and conferences.
- Guidance to stay home or quarantine has been issued to employees and managers in the event they become symptomatic, have contact with someone known to have COVID-19, or recently returned from a restricted location.
- Visitor guidelines were issued to protect both our employees and visitors in our office and project locations.
While the global situation remains fluid, we remain agile and steadfast in supporting our customers’ projects and furthering their missions. Our team continues to implement continuity plans to minimize disruptions and ensure to the best of our ability continued delivery of our products and solutions.
