It is the responsibility of all temporary agencies and third-party search to read this policy prior to contacting Parsons with candidate resumes or requests for search retention. Parsons Corporation and our subsidiaries do not routinely engage Temporary Agencies and Third-Party Search Firms. We have our own recruiting staff and utilize them almost exclusively to conduct our recruiting and searches.
Unless a third-party recruiter or his/her firm is under contract with Parsons, we will not pay a fee for resumes received through careers.parsons.com or sent directly to any of our employees. Our staff is not authorized to enter into agreements with Temporary Agencies and Third-Party Search Firms. Any resumes sent to our staff by Temporary Agencies or Third-Party Search Firms, not under contract with Parsons, will become the legal property of Parsons.
Having a signed vendor agreement from Parsons is the only way a fee will be paid for a search, candidate referral, or resume submittal. Verbal or written commitments from any member of Parsons’ staff or our subsidiary staff members will not be considered binding. The agreement must be signed and dated prior to the date of resume submission. In addition, Parsons will not pay a fee to a third-party recruiter that has not coordinated their recruiting activity with the appropriate member of Parsons’ Talent Management team.

Third Party Search Firms: In order to become an authorized Third-Party or Executive Search Firm, submit your request via email to Andrea Sobel. No phone calls, please.
Please note that providing your request or information does not automatically qualify you, or your firm, to be under contract. Again, only resumes, candidate referrals or searches conducted by Temporary Agencies or Third-Party Search Firms who are under contract will be eligible for a placement fee.
