Parsons’ Ethics And Compliance Program
Our Ethics And Compliance Program consists of ethics, anti-corruption compliance, trade compliance, political law and political action committee (PAC) compliance, and privacy compliance. Integrity is a core value, and we continuously encourage employee engagement in our ethics program through internal communications, training, and activities. In addition, we deploy an annual Culture of Ethics survey to our employees and use the feedback to advance the program.
