This year, 20 outstanding college students were chosen to receive one of two Parsons Scholarships for the 2025–2026 academic year, totaling $100,000 in scholarship funds awarded to children of Parsons employees. Recipients were selected based on academic excellence, community engagement, and leadership qualities. To ensure fairness, Parsons collaborates with International Scholarship and Tuition Services (ISTS) to administer the program and identify recipients.
Since 2010, Parsons has proudly awarded scholarships to 223 dependents of Parsons employees, distributing over $2 million in scholarship funds to deserving students—specifically for STEM majors.
About Our Scholarship Programs
The Parsons Corporation Scholarship Program sponsors scholarships for dependent children of Parsons employees pursuing studies in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math (STEM), or other qualified majors.
The Ralph M. Parsons Scholarship Award was created by an anonymous donor in honor of the corporation’s late founder, Ralph M. Parsons, and is managed by the Association of Independent California Colleges and Universities (AICCU). Scholarship recipients must be STEM majors, have an above-average academic record, be engaged in their community or extracurricular activities, and be a child, grandchild, niece, nephew, spouse, or sibling of a full-time Parsons employee.
