PASADENA, CA (June 14, 2016) – Parsons is pleased to announce that Ettore Morelli has rejoined the corporation as Vice President and Global Business Development Manager responsible for major pursuits, including complex bridge and tunnel structures.

Mr. Morelli has more than 18 years of experience in civil engineering, business development, and management. He has been involved with a variety of high-profile global projects, including projects in Italy, Turkey, the Soviet Union, Colombia, Libya, and the United States. He has expertise in alternative project delivery methods, such as design-build and public-private partnerships.
Mr. Morelli holds a master’s degree in civil engineering from Manhattan College in New York City, NY, and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Hofstra University in Hempstead, NY. He has been granted the title of European Engineer by the European Federation of National Engineers Associations.
