Mr. Morelli has more than 18 years of experience in civil engineering, business development, and management. He has been involved with a variety of high-profile global projects, including projects in Italy, Turkey, the Soviet Union, Colombia, Libya, and the United States. He has expertise in alternative project delivery methods, such as design-build and public-private partnerships.
Mr. Morelli holds a master’s degree in civil engineering from Manhattan College in New York City, NY, and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Hofstra University in Hempstead, NY.
