Enhanced Flexibility And Capability

The icCON series of signal converters includes a variety of configurations to satisfy a wide range of signaling requirements. Our modular electrical and mechanical design paradigm allows for off-the-shelf customization to fulfill the unique requirements of individual programs. icCON converters are available in configurations ranging from stand-alone single-channel converters to fully integrated 1U rack-mount chassis supporting up to four channels.

icCON – TTL/RS422 Converter

Providing four separate channels capable of bidirectional conversion, our icCON-4T4R is an eight channel RS-422/TTL converter delivering enhanced flexibility and capability by allowing the user to determine conversion direction. The selection of RS-422 to-TLL or TTL-to-RS-422 conversion is configurable via a front panel switch.

The icCON is also equipped with an internal AC power supply, operates from 110-to-220 VAC and provides coax and triax I/O interface ports directly on the front panel.

icDSW – Highly Configurable Digital Switch

Our icDSW Highly Configurable Digital Switch is a highly configurable multiple input/output device that can be used for a variety of applications including signal conversion, multi-channel frame synchronization, best source select, heartbeat failover, data distribution, data replication, and serial to IP conversion.

Providing eight bidirectional signal channels easily configurable as RS-422, TTL or LVDS, each channel can accommodate multiple input termination schemes including single ended, differential, and common mode connected to a FPGA.

Adaptable Interface

The combination of highly adaptable I/O interface, FPGA architecture and ethernet interface allows for an unlimited number of applications, making the icDSW highly adaptable and configurable solution that satisfies a wide range of specialized applications and requirements.
