WEBINAR: Innovative Drone Applications for Engineering and Environmental Projects
March 9 @ 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm PST
Engineering and environmental projects require monitoring of work progress and collecting large amounts of data, often putting people in harm’s way to do so. The objective of this webinar is to demonstrate how developments in the drone industry are changing the way
work is done on projects to improve efficiency, safety, and quality.
Drones can be used to support projects across industries, from environmental and unexploded ordnance remediation projects to infrastructure design and maintenance projects. Parsons has strived to deploy the latest innovations in drone technology to fit the unique needs of each project, whether it’s integrating new sensors or utilizing novel methods of analyzing drone data.
This presentation outlines different drone technologies Parsons has successfully deployed on projects and how they fit together to form a comprehensive set of solutions for improving project planning, design, implementation, and monitoring. The lessons learned from these experiences will inform how best to utilize drones on projects to maximize safety, improve quality, and minimize costs.
