WEBINAR: A Technology-Driven Approach to Better PFAS Investigations — Brought to You by Parsons and Battelle

April 13 @ 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm PDT

Per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) is one of today’s most significant environmental issues, and it is being addressed around the world at aviation, industrial, manufacturing, and wastewater treatment facilities. Parsons is combining its unique PFAS investigation approaches with Battelle’s patented PFAS analytical and site investigation technologies to deliver a unique and highly advanced approach to quickly, efficiently, and cost effectively investigate potential PFAS impacts and understand PFAS liabilities.

Parsons’ investigation approach utilizes rapid data production, real-time data interpretation, and three-dimensional model updates to actualize field-based decision making and bring more value to the investigation dataset. Battelle’s investigation technologies include source tracking for PFAS, total organofluorine method to determine PFAS presence, fate and transport modeling specifically designed for PFAS, passive PFAS sampling devices, and an optimized total oxidizable precursor assay.

Results/Lessons Learned
This presentation discusses how Parsons and Battelle’s combined capabilities provide a unique and highly advanced approach to help clients quickly, efficiently, and cost effectively investigate potential PFAS impacts and understand PFAS liabilities.
