For two decades, Engineering Managers at the Bluegrass Chemical Agent-Destruction Pilot Plant (BGCAPP) tackled these challenges—from design conception to the destruction of the last chemical weapon—while navigating shared authority with competitors, evolving technologies, and shifting site conditions. Success demanded unity, professionalism, and innovative problem-solving.
