Parsons today announced Rashmi Menon as the senior vice president, aviation sector manager. In this role, Menon will be responsible for operational excellence, execution and strategy on all airport projects.
Menon brings more than 20 years of experience in creating and delivering innovative solutions across markets and geographies. She joined Parsons in 2006 and has supported the company’s industrial work, served as the aviation West regional manager and led business development in Southern California.
“Rashmi has advanced rapidly within the Parsons organization since joining 14 years ago,” said Don Graul, connected communities market leader for Parsons. “Her focus on driving results will further support our customer’s core mission of helping provide a world-class experience for the travelers and goods that flow through their airports.”
Menon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from India and a Master’s degree in Construction Management from Texas A&M University. She is actively involved in numerous groups within Parsons and in the industry, including the company’s Inclusion & Diversity Taskforce, the LAX Coastal Chamber of Commerce, Valley Industry Commerce Association, ACEC LA and Women’s Transportation Seminar.
