Oswalt Joins Parsons as Vice President of Business Development, Water and Infrastructure 

PASADENA, CA (October 26, 2009) – Parsons is pleased to announce that Daven Oswalt has joined the company as Vice President, Business Development, for its Water & Infrastructure group. In this capacity, he will be responsible for the pursuit and sale of water projects throughout the United States and internationally.

Mr. Oswalt has more than 25 years of business development and government relations experience. Prior to joining Parsons, he served as vice president of business development at a major environmental engineering firm. He was responsible for developing business opportunities in the areas of technical design, program management, construction management, and management consulting services for the company’s global operations.

Mr. Oswalt holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Mesa State College and attended the JFK School of Government Senior Leaders in Government Program at Harvard University. He is based in Sacramento, California.
