A Safer World
The intelligence community (IC)—a complex U.S. government market led by the Director of National Intelligence—is made up of 17 component organizations that are responsible to the President of the United States for providing timely and accurate intelligence. Parsons supplies the IC with all-source intelligence analysis, subject-matter expertise, information system/information technology (IS/IT), and comprehensive training services. Working collectively within the IC, we strive for a safer world by addressing threats ranging from terrorist plots, to pandemic diseases, to the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.
Our experience and services fall into four broad catagories:
- Core intelligence:
- all-source research and analyses—produce timely analyses in response to customers' requirements
- policy studies—provide in-depth products and recommendations that support senior officials
- watch standing—includes developing and documenting operating procedures to train and certify personnel who serve in decision support centers
- database development and management—supports the counternarcotics and intelligence communities
- Blended learning: provides a variety of instructor-led, computer-based, and detailed scenario simulations that result in a curriculum tailored to the customer’s needs by integrating information, people, and processes.
- Strategic consulting:
- industry expertise—supplies subject-matter experts in areas ranging from national security to the civil maritime industry to law enforcement who apply current expertise and solid experience to meet customer needs
- open-source commercial data collection and analysis—draws on a diverse set of commercial contacts to fill gaps in our customer’s knowledge
- National program support: includes counternarcotics, maritime domain awareness, and critical infrastructure protection
