Project Description
Parsons completed five phases on the Country Hollow Development in Puyallup, Washington, for LB Silver, LLC and TDC Construction, LLC.
Parsons' work for Country Hollow included developing more than 685 housing lots in all phases, including storm, sewer, and water utilities. Parsons’ scope of work also included roadwork, sidewalk, joint trench, site utility infrastructure, a settling pond with a clay-lined overflow infiltration pond, and a water quality pond with three liners, drain rock, and perforated piping.
