PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
As Program Manager, Parsons forms working partnerships with clients that enable us to cost-effectively realize their interests and produce programs that are welcomed by the public while being technically and environmentally sound, affordable, and schedule sensitive.
Partnering involves client staff, consultants, local contractors, the public, and agency stakeholders. We build teamwork by identifying mutual objectives, and we maintain teamwork through open, honest, and professional attitudes and communication.

- Accountability: Our methods for tracking, evaluating, and reporting on participants' performance encourage accountability by all. Parsons is one of the few companies that rely on objective self-evaluation of contract performance and requirements.
- Control: We monitor, control, and report cost, schedule, and quality consistent with clients' needs. Control comes through proven in-place procedures and experience
- Management Systems: Our computerized management systems monitor and control project costs and schedules. Advanced telecommunications, video documentation, modeling capability, and CAD systems can be integrated with existing computer systems for complete interaction and communication
- Resources: Our depth of resources-managers, engineers, technicians, and program controllers-allows us to provide the expertise required on any project.
- Quality: Our program controls cost-effectively ensure that systems are designed, fabricated, tested, and installed to technical and quality requirements. Many of Parsons large projects are ISO 9000/9001 certified, and ISO QA standards are in place on all other projects
